N2P2B by Mechele Manno is a project conceptualized to engage the audience in their own residence. The premise is to send a message that inspires a ‘reaction’ followed by an ‘action.’

The statement, I Wish I Could Be Proud of America, Again was intentionally designed for the front of the postcard so that circulation could be done by the US Postal Service; a public sect of the federal government.

On the back of the postcard, the receiver is then asked to mail postage to the artist at a P.O Box in New York City so that documentation could occur while circulation would continue until every city in the United States of America had the cause and effect of N2P2B by Mechele Manno.

The project was launched on Liberty Island July 4th, 2007. Postcards were passed out to visitors around the Statue of Liberty.

Mass mailings to random addresses chosen by each state began. A myspace.com page was established and additional live distributions were made if the forum deemed worthy.
